After all, it is a no brainier when you know your colors and are able to apply them correctly to your paintings.

As an artist, before I paint any piece I lined up my colors. First, I decide which color I will use as my base and then I paint the surface. Next, I choose the second color based on my composition. If I were working from an outline then I would apply the colors accordingly. Note that each color on the canvas builds harmony as you apply the techniques of colors.
